I got started by watching WWE wrestling, the rock series, and just action / kung-fu movies and thought to myself...hey I wanna be strong like them, and in good shape.
Why I Love It:
Personally, I don't LOVE it, but it's good for you, healthy, and it's worth it. Physical appearance is very important.
