My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Total Lifestyle Change = over 55 lbs lost

Initial Weightloss Nutrition = 1250 Calorie day, with Macro content of 20% Fat, 40% Carb, 40% Protien.

 

Muscle Growth Nutrition =  PT set program   

1st meal- 3 egg white, 1 whole egg, 1/3 cup granola, 2 tbs greek yogurt

2nd meal - 1 scoop Whey Protien shake, 1 med apple

3rd meal - 4oz chicken, garden salad, balsamic dressing

4th meal - raw veggies, 2 tbs tzatziki 

5th meal - 4oz lean beef, 1 cup brown rice

6th meal - 1 scoop Whey Protien 

Eating every 2.5 to 3 hours, drinking at least 3 litres water throughout the day. 

 

Current Cut Program

1st meal - 4 egg whites , 1/3 cup whole oats , 2 Tbl wheat bran, 2,000 U flaxseed oil, 1,000 U Glucosamine, 1 Creatine HCL capsule, 5ml Liquid Greens

2nd meal - 1scoop Whey Protein, 2 plain rice cakes

3rd meal - 4 oz chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix, 2 tbl low cal coleslaw dressing

4th meal - 2 cups raw veggies (1 whole bell pepper), 4 oz Tuna

5th meal - 4oz beef, 4 oz sweet potato

6th meal - 1scoop Whey Protein with 5ml Glutamine

PreWorkout - 1 Scoop ReCoup BCAA's, 1 Creatine HCL Capsule

wjranch testing underway to determine just how badly my Met is messed up. Thyroid / Adrenal fatigue / low Est / Prog / Test .... relieved sorta :(

  • Good luck. It's better to know than to wonder. Are you seeing a functional medicine professional? IIRC adrenal fatigue is not recognized by the standard medical community

  • Doc is a Family Practitioner, who works outside of the 'traditional' boundaries via a health/wellness clinic. I am looking forward getting this sorted out and get myself back on track. It has been frustrating, all the dieting and hard work in the gym... to see NO results at all. Very discouraging almost to the point of making me out right Quit and give in. :(
    Feeling like I'm on a 'right path' now... I will likely post a blog with info as I learn more about this. I'm sure many people (especially on this particular website) are suffering through the same or similar dilemma's I am.

  • cardio 3 x 30mins per week
    weight training 4x per week (solid training, not ***** weights!)
    diet is 1250 Cal broken down as 60% Protein, 25% Carb, 15% Fat. I have been on this for roughly 10 weeks... my weight has not moved above or below 125lb by anymore then the usual 3 lbs or so.
    Muscle size is not increased either... energy levels are LOW... at first attributed to restricted diet... now feel like it is something else entirely!
    I'm researching hypothyroidism and suspecting it may be attributable.

  • Try HIIT instead of steady state cardio. But your program looks pretty serious there. It's worth researching other things. Best of luck to ya.

Chaz_Roc What has worked for me is to change my workout routine ever month. I also change how I lift weights. I always try to lift as heavy as possible with correct form. An example would be I would incline bench 275 x 6 then go to another incline bench and burn out with 135 X ??. This gives me the best of both worlds. Power and definition to some degree. I am not competing,so I really haven't gotten down in weight yet. Nov 2, 2012 10:40am
