Total Lifestyle Change = over 55 lbs lost
Initial Weightloss Nutrition = 1250 Calorie day, with Macro content of 20% Fat, 40% Carb, 40% Protien.
Muscle Growth Nutrition = PT set program
1st meal- 3 egg white, 1 whole egg, 1/3 cup granola, 2 tbs greek yogurt
2nd meal - 1 scoop Whey Protien shake, 1 med apple
3rd meal - 4oz chicken, garden salad, balsamic dressing
4th meal - raw veggies, 2 tbs tzatziki
5th meal - 4oz lean beef, 1 cup brown rice
6th meal - 1 scoop Whey Protien
Eating every 2.5 to 3 hours, drinking at least 3 litres water throughout the day.
Current Cut Program
1st meal - 4 egg whites , 1/3 cup whole oats , 2 Tbl wheat bran, 2,000 U flaxseed oil, 1,000 U Glucosamine, 1 Creatine HCL capsule, 5ml Liquid Greens
2nd meal - 1scoop Whey Protein, 2 plain rice cakes
3rd meal - 4 oz chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix, 2 tbl low cal coleslaw dressing
4th meal - 2 cups raw veggies (1 whole bell pepper), 4 oz Tuna
5th meal - 4oz beef, 4 oz sweet potato
6th meal - 1scoop Whey Protein with 5ml Glutamine
PreWorkout - 1 Scoop ReCoup BCAA's, 1 Creatine HCL Capsule
