Decrease RHR to 45 BPM; Complete 1/2 Marathon in 2:30; Complete Full Marathon in 6:00!
Goal (Long):
I compete in running events so that I will stay motivated to keep working out. My goal is to continue to run in 2 half-marathons and (optionally) 2 additional shorter events (5-10k) each year. In addition, I want to reach the PR goals listed above.
03/01/2009 Update - reached my previous RHR goal of 55 (currently ~50); now I'm going for 45!
Lots of people look up to famous 'superstars' as their heroes. REAL heroes are the ones that keep battling - often facing odds that only they can really know. Keep up the hard work. YOU INSPIRE ME!

Nice i checked into that run looks killer but great fun, meh i used to be really fit and my HR was around 69 resting which was great for me as it used to be around 80. In new year looking to do some runs and maybe compete as there are several runs that are in my area. Good Luck with the Marathons and all the best for 09
