Overall Goal: i'd like to loose fat and gain muscles, to became as fit as when i was 18 Years Old and see those f***in ABS!!!

How I Started:
i started because i had some problem with wearing usuals trousers; i wear a european 50; and those trousers started to be a little small..., i then decided it was time to take some time for my self and start training.
Why I Love It:
i always loved it, the matter is that i don't really have a lot of time...; but now i'll take my 5 times per week for me...!
How I Stay Motivated:
it's a mind condition not so easy to reach; but i'm so determinated that anything can stop me; cannot explain how i do, or what i think: i simply Know that i have to do it, i've got only my way now, and my way is get fit.

Goal (Long):
when i was 18 years old i used to be very fit and good looking (was 198pounds of pure muscles); goin' to the fitness center almost every day...,having a lot of activities etc...; then after wedding ( ;o) ) i gained some Kilos and became unactive and passed lot of time with computer and office business.
Now i'd like to loose that fat and gain muscles and take back my 18yo's fit looking (even better :P, hopefully i've got now a different mind and i guess i'll have the strenght to reach my goal! The only problem is nutrition; i work with naturopathy, and that saves me, but here wherever you go on restaurants you eat heavy cooked for make foot be very tasty, and is cultural state to drink wine (maybe 'cause of the cold). I just would like to see if still there's some ABS under the fat :P and i will soon!

day 1: CHEST + TRICEPS + cardio (20min cyclette)
day 2: BICEPS + BACK+ cardio (20 min cyclette)
day 3: ABS
day 4: cardio (20 min cyclette) + LEGS + cardio (30 min cyclette)
day 5: day off
day 6: SHOULDERS + BICEPS and TRICEPS in superset
day 7-8: day off
