When I Started: Dec 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Body for Life was a good book. However, like many, I started and stopped never making finishing anything. Now is the time for me to start and finish.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I don't like it... yet.

Every 15 Minutes.....

This morning's eating was good.  Protein powder mixed with water, a large orange and apple.  Went to meeting and well... lunch... so, I went by my favorite fast food and ordered a pile of grease and salt.  Then, like always craved sweets after.  So, I went to the convenient store and got two large candy bars with peanut butter... my favorite.  I had to throw something else extra so I got a V8.  LOL!  Proceeded to eat both candy bars and crash for a nap.  (More than likely carb sensitive and insulin spike.) I am seriously determined to change my habits.&n...

I will be posting the workouts that I have completed over the past couple of days.  I went back to the Transformation site and they moved the vids.  Good thing that I bookmarked the program from last year.  So, I did legs today.  I took off one more day than I should, but I am definitely in the gym. Ok, I started Day one of the Transformation.  It was a better experience than I expected.  I got into a quick locker room conversation about the Transformation journey.  It lasted for a while.  You know he was offering advice that he had learned over time. By the time I completed my cardio and went to the bench to start the chest work, I encountered another guy who offered advice as well.  One thing is sure, you will hear 20 different things from 20 different people.  The difference between these guys and the woman from yesterday is that they were sincerely intere...
