How I Started:
Always played sports growing up, then got serious about football and baseball. So I lifted for sport to get to 200lbs. Then once I hit college I lifted to get big, now I am 250lbs.
Why I Love It:
Its my stress release, and love to see the looks on peoples face's when I lift or when I am out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping up my muscle mass and trying to figure out my diet and losing body fat.
