Reading books and magazines..I started out weighing 150 lbs (Mar 2006). I worked out off and on until Jan 2007 and now im more dedicated and can't wait to get to gym each day.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel great mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines and looking at the profiles on this site..seeing what I could potentially look like also seeing the progress I have made.
I took a two month break from working out, Before the break i was going 5 times a week for about 7 months... It is amazing how not working out and not eating right go hand in hand. Lost Three pounds during the two months but I lost muscle and replaced it with fat. Im excited to get back to it.
Workouts are going great, I've decided to take a week off and start a refeed on Monday when I get back on track. I've been training for a while without a break so I think I'm due. How are things on your end?
I like the Vapor. Took a little while to figure out the correct usage for me b/c of my hectic work schedule but once I got it fine tuned, its really given me an edge in the gym. I've used a couple of products and this is by far the best. I tend to workout upwards of three-four hours a day and this product works the all the way through to the end.
Yep, graduated from UW in 2000. Have fun at the game on Friday! I don't consistently keep up w/the Badgers much anymore. Just through friends and the internet! I'm actually headed to Madison on Saturday to visit friends! I LOVE going back there! KLC
Doing cardio everyday bro, slowly seeing the results but definately worth it, just have to remain focuse and visualize myself on where I wanna b! Diet is going very solid so hopefully we'll see some results in the near future!
