I quit smoking and realized what the "party" lifestyle had done to me. Time for a change.
Why I Love It:

In spring I was 190lbs @ 5'8" and 8% BF(my profile pic). I shattered my elbow into 4 pieces shortly after(2nd pic). Right now i'm lifting with 3 plates in my arm which will be removed Nov. 6th. My goal is to rehab back to 185lbs @ 8-10% BF by the spring of 07.
