East Troy High Attended 1994 to 1998 East Troy, Wisconsin United States
When I Started:
May, 2008
How I Started:
My metabolism is incredibly high, so muscle mass is the only way to gain size and weight for an ectomorph like myself. So basically I got to the gym to gain weight, and my diet contains a lot of meats, eggs, pasta, and anything else without a lot of cholesterol, sugar, or caffeine.
I started working out with (go ahead and laugh) 10 and 15 pound dumbbells at home, and could barely muster 25 push ups. A good buddy of mine got me in the Gym Feb 2006. I was only going once a week, but he put me through Hell.
Technique was and still is first priority. I'm sure I could add more weight by using momentum.
It's not like I go to the Gym and gain easy. I have to constantly eat and keep up with water consumption.
I was nearing the 150 weight mark, and then my life took a lot of violent twists and turns. This website is not for whining, so I'll just say that working out got left behind. So I'm starting from square one all over again, knowing full well my loss of 10 lbs is my own fault, not anyone else's
Why I Love It:
I feel sorry for people who don't indulge in physical activity. When they wake up everyday, that's the best shape they'll ever be in. I want to wake up, and get in better shape than I was yesterday.
How I Stay Motivated:
First off my Family has heart and cholesterol problems.
Second, I need to look good naked, or at least topless. Go ahead, call me perverted... but I'm just saying what everyone is trying to accomplish! Got a few tattoos on my arms, and looking to make more canvas room for my artist.
Third, I change up or add something to the workout routine every 2-3 weeks so it doesn't become monotonous. Also all the support, work out tracker, and goals screen from Bodyspace.com helps a lot.
BB Accomplishments:
I'll let you know in a few months......

Ultimately, I will be between 165 and 180lbs. I'm going to Bench 220, Squat 350, leg press 450, and Deadlift 220. And I don't mean one-rep max. I'm talking 3 sets, minimum of 8 reps. My deadline is December 31st, 2009.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Brad Pitt's in Troy, just because.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Not really into the whole Ideal Physique thing. I respect Bodybuilders like Jay and Ronnie, but it's not my thing. I think it's too extreme. MY Ideal physique is 160-170 lbs, cut, less than 15% BF. Call me aa hypocrite for being on this website, but I'm on here to build muscle, not explode with the help of chemicals, pills, and powders. Not really into the whole Ideal Physique thing. Hmmm.... about the Halo......in my opinion I think it may be working. I just switched over to Muscletech products based off of my brothers recommendation. Seems to be going ok for me. Since taking their products, I have been working out like crazy and haven't felt much fatigue afterwards. But after the months supply, I am going to switch supps. Its too pricey for me to use continuosly.
WOW... wasn't expecting to find someone in East Troy. I live in East Troy also and workout at SNAP. Keep up the work man, I know it's hard out but it does pay off!
Hey Troyer,

going pretty good, im still trying to loose about 20lbs more but i cant i keep in a range of 5lbs up and down from 170 to 165. can you give me some tips to lean down like you?
My weakness USED TO BE desserts. Am still paying the price. Have a couple areas to get the fat off, then, can go peddle-to-the-metal and build muscle. Am doing that pretty well now, but, it must be being held back a little or a lot by the cutting! Good luck to you in your drive for the 170!!
He's one really buff physique model; probably makes big money doing it! lol
Life is great; would be greater except for the need to work (my father used to call work "the curse of the drinkin' man"). One of my site Friends put me onto the Carb Cycling diet by Twin Peak. I'm probably going to get on it as I'm not progressing as fast as I want toward the mythical low bf. Interested?
Hey thanks bro for the comment.....your looking great, nice definition in your shoulders and your arms look huge! Great job!
I see you live in WI.....where abouts is Reedsburg? I live in Delafield.
Got your most recent comment, but, I'm still wondering who is the professional fitness model you are using in the artsy, dark photos in your gallery! LOL
This fall and winter has been somewhat of a plateau weight-wise, but I've definitely improved in some of my weakest areas so I'm happy about that. My shoulders are definitely more developed as well as my arms. And in the last 2 weeks, I think I've started to break my weight gain plateau as I've noticed my lifts going up again along with some evidence on the scale. :)
Thanks for checking in, and I hope you're doing alright~
