Thanks for the positive comment about my calves. I've hit calves for about 6 months I think.....I've just been maintaining it for the past 4 - 5 months though. I used to hit them hard but put it aside for my cutting program.

HITT cardio is awesome for fat loss! I do at least 20 mins of my cardio that way. I like the elliptical and put it up to high incline on the last 15-20 mins to really give the quads a burn too.

all i can recommand is do a lot of dips because thats what i do most of the time for my dips. sometimes tricep pushdowns sometimes overhead tricep press.

I've never done weighted abs, maybe its different for dudes... just do crunches and keep your bodyfat low for abs :)
