Thanks for the positive comment about my calves. I've hit calves for about 6 months I think.....I've just been maintaining it for the past 4 - 5 months though. I used to hit them hard but put it aside for my cutting program.
HITT cardio is awesome for fat loss! I do at least 20 mins of my cardio that way. I like the elliptical and put it up to high incline on the last 15-20 mins to really give the quads a burn too.
all i can recommand is do a lot of dips
because thats what i do most of the time for my dips.
sometimes tricep pushdowns
sometimes overhead tricep press.
