Workout Program:
I almost always work out in the morning before work. If I wait until after work there is too much opportunity for unexpected interruptions to pop up. I am usually there by about 6:00 and done by 7:20 so I can be to work by 8:00.

I lift Monday thru Friday, and I do each body part only once per week.
Monday - Back
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Triceps/Biceps

I do about 4 sets of each exercise and about 4 exercises per body-part. I also do a couple warm up sets for my first exercise. I try and change the exercises that I do pretty frequently. However, even though I am constantly changing the movements that I do, I always start out with a compound movement and do the more isolation type movements toward the end.

As far as reps go, I change this up on a regular basis as well. Some days I go with lower reps (6-8) especially on the compound movements. Other days I will go with a higher rep range, but I rarely go over 15 reps.

For intensity I like to do drop sets on my last set of many exercises. I really feel like this helps me toast as many muscle fibers as possible.
