Here is where I am after a few months of training pretty regularly. I wish I had one from last fall when I started. I feel pretty good about the progress I have made so far, but I still would like to gain a lot more size and definition

I wanted to hit 160 by my birthday (today). When I weighed tonight I was 159.8 - so close.

I have been eating every 3-4 hours the last couple weeks and I think this is helping. My weight has stayed pretty much the same, but I think I am starting to see changes. I want to wait another couple weeks before I measure again.

Been injured and then sick since just before Thanksgiving. I had my first good workouts again in the gym this week. Super sore.

I am about 155 here. I have been stuck here for awhile. I need to eat more.
