What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Honestly, my ride to the gym in the morning is about 30 minutes, and this is my morning prayer time. I think this is absolutely the best way to start the day, and once I am done pouring my heart out to God my mind is clear and I am ready to hit the gym with as much as intensity as possible.
