My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

Right now I alternate between ab and arm/chest/shoulder days. Every two days I try to take a rest day depending on my schedule. (If I know I won't be able to go to the gym for a few days I'll work out every day up to that time.) I try doing a lot of cardio to get that tone body I crave. I do interval running (2 min walk 2 min sprint/run) I do the star climber for about 10 mins on levels 7/8 and then the elyptical for 10-30 mins (depending on how long I do the stair climber) for intervals of 10 mins between levels 9-11. I also lift and do some ab exercises on those days between the running and other cardio. Any suggestions on how to reach my goals are very welcome!
