Getting a great bicep peak is tricky. Some guys with very small arms have a great ball when they flex. Others, like me, have a little more elongated bicep that doesn't peak easily. Bringing out the bicep could involve developing the muscles underneath the bicep to push it out more.

Also for triceps, try skullcrushers followed by the same motion but with dumbbells instead of a bar. They'll blow up fast. I also like supersetting because it forces faster growth.
