How I Started:
I started working out for health after my father passed away. Then I loved the way it made me feel and look. Take advantage of everyday you have.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress relief and I love to see my goals and accomplishments being realized.
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself through trying to accomplish specific goals and to try to turn back the clock.I also watch clips from Beowulf and 300! Oh and Wolverine!LOL

I'm currently trying to get in the best shape of my life for my 35th birthday. I will blog everyday my workout routine and what Ive been eating which will hopefully equate to a nice stomach in two months. Any advice or comments would be great, Thanks
