ok I'm finished with and have time to hit the gym hard now. I'm eating better and more now, and also cut back on drinking. I need just ond multi purpose vitiamin to take, does anyone have any suggestions?

I work each bodypart twice a week. I guess I would consider myself semi-serious. Through the week I watch what I eat...but then I do quite a bit of partying on weekends. I should really cut that out. Mainly I do between 6-12 sets for each bodypart.(eg. Biceps only gets 6 sets, Chest would get 12 sets) I do anywhere from 12 reps down to 6 reps. This seems to work well for me. Good Luck.
