Finally found the motivation and after the first 10 pounds came off I got excited. I kept reaching new goals and its kept me going all this time!
Why I Love It:
It feels sooooooo good to work out!! I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I see the changes, get compliments from friends and co-workers. :)

Not all Belly Dance costumes are "small." One thing about our costumes, though, is that we know how to dress to make our beauty shine through, whatever shape that beauty might take. I encourage you to find a class/instructor in your town. It is excellent exercise, and lots of fun!
