I began to lift weights, when I used to watch my brother lift weights a lot. I began to enjoy it and noticed that I had the potential to be a body builder
Why I Love It:
I feel good about myself afterwards and can sometimes immedietly notice the change in my strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at alot of bodys that I would love to have or think about all the bad things in my life that will change once i am comfortable with my body.
I have always been overweight since I was in primary school, but in high school i let it get worse and it was only until the last year that i noticed it is starting to affect my social life me in general, (negative thoughts, shyness), I now think about it EVERYDAY and know that i must make a life change, the rest of my siblings are in good health. I hope I can start and maintain my goals correctly.
