hey man long time no see... yeah iv started doing some personal training at 5star. training is going really well atm but i am thinking about giving it away and aiming for overall fitness soon.. maybe get into fighting or something.. hows ur training going?

not being slack or anything but a 300lb deadlift really is'nt that impressive.. maybe if it was for like 30-50 reps..

deadlifts and lat pulldowns lol... also doing some power stuff called muscle ups... youtube them they are really impressive.. i done 6 in a row today i was stoked :) ill make a vid soon or something...

its like spartan training but i made it myself.. its pretty in depth. i called it "the german stone" it involves german volume training and has a stone age type of simplicity.

i have always done squats.. atm im doing leg press also.. i find that doing squats a tad lighter but fully arse to the grass works best for quad sweep. to hit my vastus medialis i use the leg extension :) i notice you use kg instead of lbs do you live in aus?

i been making some good lean gains lately. got lean for a comp and off the low carb diet.. i feel invincible :)started training abs to.. im 85kg exactly now.. just posted some new progress pics have a look if ya like.. im guessing you do squats for legs??

already been. i did'nt get a placing. i got down to like 77kg then like 2 weeks after i was 84kg and leaner lol. strange. ill definatly add in some cardio next year.

good to see some aussies repping it up... just wondering if you know much about bcs supps like formadex and halo tren 400???thnking about running them both not sure about pct though as the formadex should aromatise??? i dno but gimme a pm back if you like. cheers adyn
