To master my own art, and creating the best scupture possible with the clay i have at hand.
Goal (Long):
I want to get bigger, leaner, stronger. focus on myself and not how others see me. focus more on the art that is bodybuilding, but not today's over the top, yesteryears golden classic's the time when there was such thing as epic proportions and easetics.
those prohormones in stak where short lived...it's not like if you take them they will last forever...if you start training weight when your 36..it's a whole different story....gains don't come as easily as when your 18 or 19...if you don't believe me...you should give Arnold a ring...to tell you how it's done...my fitness training is connected with my Aqua kickboxing...i train functional in the gym...it's useless for me to train machines...
We are in a different league..your training for bodybuilding.....i train for title of fitness...for me it's all about endurance and vitality...
and with my age..it is harder to put on muscle....at your age your building the fundament for the rest of your bodybuilding carriere.
that's excellent progress - great legs size! what are you doing for them ?
Squats and lunges are what's working best on me. I try to change regularly, but i stick to many series of squats...
thanks for the compliment! Been working hard on legs lately.
won't go for extremely ripped right now... i'm in a big bulk at the moment. Cutting will be for february, hope to get more ripped than i got last year.

wow thank you sooooo much for that inspiration. That means a lot to me. I haven been able to gym in about 4-5 days & its killed me. when I saw the fact that I inspired you, it killed me even more. Thank you very much. You are going far thats for sure. Just dont stop. -Brittnie
