How I Started:
I started lifting weights back in high school when I started playing football. I was considerabley the smallest guy on the team but was one of the fastest. Lifting helped me improved my form in tackling and also other areas. So since then I've been dipping into the weights but nothing really serious. I'm trying to get really serious about the transformation.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding b/c of the results. I also helps when you are stressed out and its nothing better than to take it out on some weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by envisioning the body that I want.
"I want to have a body that turns heads." To have high definition so that if someone wanted to count my muscles they could. Not only that but another lifetime goal is to eat healthy and beware of what I put into my body so as not to hurt it. I am going to be dedicated to this and on Sept. 26, 2009 I will post my results for all to see. Encouragement is welcomed!
