Overall Goal: I would love to gain 2-3" on my legs within the next year or so. I would also love to get up to around 280 lbs by Christmas and possibly start dieting down to at least 230-240 for an amatuer contest next spring.

I hit each body part every 4 days, except for abs, which is every other day. I used to hit each badypart every 7 days, but wanted to see if my body could handle a shorter recovery time and it really seems to be working out great for me. I'm not over training anything either. I consume 700 grams...
just saw your newest photographs. You are rocking! Great size and arms to you. You were making several of the olympians look a tad bit on the smaller size. That's a unique talent. :)
Massive upper body, and great size gain over the past year. Keep hitting the legs w high volume, thats how I gained 3.5 inches this past year to my quads and now I have quads LOL. What branch of the service were or are you in? STRENGTH & HONOR
Just got home from the gym...AWESOME WORKOUT! Killed my shoulders doing lat raises, though. Maybe I need to stretch them more. You look amazing!! Keep training hard, my friend!
