Hey Buddy, Just trying to get myself a bit more proportional and symmetrical. Working on my chest too because you can't be a fitness model without a decent chest and mine is lagging. What angle are you taking to achieve your goal?

Hey buddy, at present i only do 20-30mins of cardio 3 times a week as i'm trying to bulk up a little.When i was cutting i did 20-40mins of cardio 6 days a week though.Three of those sessions would be HIT.As for the diet i pretty much cut carbs out after breakfast and upped the fat a little.Lost a fair bit of muscle but managed to shed a lot of fat.Now i'm eating roughly 4200 calories with a 50% carb 35% Protein and 15% fat split.Any other questions fire away.Cheers, Will

Hey buddy, thanks for the kind words. Well i'm currently training 5-6 times a week, weights in the morning and a split of abs and cardio in the evening. Diet is fairly tight, high protein and moderate carb and fat intake. I taper carbs down as the day progresses and aim to eat at least 5 meals a day. The stomach is looking good buddy and loving the status quote! Will

Cheers for the comment mate. I do most of my ab training on some olpmpic rings i have hanging in my garden. Elite II training rings are the best and you can train any body part on them but are especially good for developing your core. Lats are looking great, i'm trying to bring mine up at the moment. Going great thanks buddy. How about you? Holiday wasnt too successful as damaged my shoulder first day and not quite fully recovered yet. Means i've been able to hit the cardio a bit more ferociously though which is good. Hows training going for you?

Hey Ken, cheers the 100kg mark has been a long time coming! Yeah cant beieve he had to stop so close to the finish, i'd find it very hard to do that. And like to say, our result will be very different! Hope all is well, Will :-)

Hey buddy, yeah i want another 7lb but will be upping my cardio quite significantly as i need to be ultra fit for my row next year so not sure how easy it'll be!
