I first became interested in bodybuilding when i was out in New Zealand playing for a rugby academy. Having injured my knee out there i started natural bodybuilding and have never since looked back.
Why I Love It:
The feel good factor. Everything about the sport leads to positive feelings. The adrenaline rush before you lift a PB, the almighty pump post lift, the size and strength gains a month into your new training regime.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivaton comes from waking up every morning and looking in the mirror to see what i have created. Spend 5 minutes thinking about the hard work that has gone into your body and you'll know what i'm talking about.
BB Accomplishments:
Featured in the Maximuscle winter and spring catalogues and currently being used in their summer advertising campaign on the London Underground. Aspire to be a fitness model at some point in the future.

hello i play rugby in harlequins academy in england, im only 15. Ive got to a point were im not seeing much gains , want to knwo if u have any tips or advise ?
Hey Will, just dropping in to say hope the training is going well. I've been out of town the last few days on a short trip with the family for the last back to school blow out. I let the diet go for a few but back on it. Update me when you get a chance.
right now im carb cycling and doing a ton of cardio. il then start bulking in sept. to gain some more size then cut agian. your chest is looking good i think, maybe do more incline?
hey thanks bud ill give it a try. im just tryin to lean down (ur bodyfat % would b awesome lol) but its hard and really irritating when u loose muscle as well. i used to cut weight and lose lots of muscle so im tryin a different approach. thanks
