I first became interested in bodybuilding when playing for a rugby academy out in new zealand. Having injured my knee out there i turned my attention to natural bodybuilding and have never looked back.
Why I Love It:
The feel good factor. Everything about the sport leads to positive feelings. The adrenaline rush before you lift a PB, the almighty pump post lift, the size and strength gains a month into your new training regime. These are just a few things that makes this sport so incredibly addictive and satisfying.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivaton comes from waking up every morning and looking in the mirror to see what i have created. Spend 5 minutes thinking about the hard work that has gone into your body and you'll know what i'm talking about.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far but have aspirations to be a fitness model at some point in the near future. Please contact if interested in offering any sort of opportunity. Also looking for supplement sponsorship to help me achive my fitness goals for my row across the Indian Ocean.

managing to stack on some quality muscle mass whilst maintaining a low bf so pretty happy with the way things are going on the run up to my ocean row
Hey bro, I like the new avi, looking solide! Good to know that everything is going well and pumped about the travel for next year! For me, taking things more seriously now and ready to drop that fat!
hey man what's up?? i would like to ask u something.. when u are on a fat loss diet and u take a fat burner u can take the same time creatine?? or u must first finish the diet and then start it?
Really great progress the last couple of months. I see from your comments that you anticipate losing as much as 30 pounds during your voyage. I'm sure it'll be an amazing experience. What are your start and end locations to be?
