Hey guys, im starting a new diet. Im not too worried about my weight anymore (no fights any time soon). Goal-get stronger then ever and maintain my bodyfat or even lose a percent or two. I eat pretty healthy as it is. Normal day-Breakfast:(8am)3eggs/saugauge/48g protein shake.......(11am)-lift...
glad to hear you're bouncing back. back handed compliment (the juice) but when you know the truth it is hilarious. good luck on the recovery brother. i strained a muscle in my forearm and it was touchy getting it back. it's hard to be patient. hang in there.

The only TV we watch together is the news and sometimes something on Discovery. She really likes the cooking channels...Gag! At least I get some good meals outa it.
I like wrestling even though I know it's fake but have never watched the fighting. I think I'd like it but everytime I try to tune in the wife gripes until I change the channel. Luckily, I don't watch TV that much or she'd be griping all the time. LOL
well i'm no expert when it comes to working out, but you can sure check out my workouts in my workout tracker for ideas. thats awsome that you do mma fights. i took a few classes a while back, but the instructor since moved. would like to get back into it.
