High school gym class had a weight training curriculum and I always wanted to lift weights ever since I was a kid, but had no access to it. Started to do push-ups at home and learned that I can reap more benefits with weight training. Went to the gym every other day and never worked legs or back, did this for quite sometime until I realized that hard work and hard exercises build the most strength and as a nice side affect, muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in the gym. There is no other way to put it, but its a sanctuary, I've bled, sweat, and been the most emotional there. No other place, but the gym creates an atmosphere like that.
How I Stay Motivated:
Past pictures of what I used to look like behind the picture, what really went on behind those pictures. The fight to the top.
BB Accomplishments:
1 successful bulk cycle.
2 successful Cut cycles.
