i've struggled with body image since i became a teenager...i would like to get my body to a point where i look in the mirror and feel confident, proud, and sexy, not frumpy and disappointed. i look up to fitness models like jennifer nicole lee, or jamie eason...women that are strong and fit, but also feminine. although i may never become a fitness model, i want the body of one. i want my outside to match the person i have on the inside.
Jamie Eason inspires me because she has attained exactly the kind of body that I am reaching for. She's strong, has amazing muscle tone, but also remains very feminine. Her clean recipes are amazing, and she shows that you can be healthy and be fit without having to be boring or give up delicious food!
so during the week i rock the clean eating and the exercising! i feel great waking up at 5:30am to go to the gym, and i'm energized all day. i feel good about my food choices, and at the end of the day i don't look in the mirror and immediately see what i don't like. so why is it so hard to keep...
oh wow 530 thats a very early time to work out. Do you perfer a morning work out to a evening work out? Or do you work out in the morning because you actually burn more calories if you work out before breckfast?
thats too funny! so my 10 seconds of fame is still out there. I wonder how many dr. iffices have old copies that they never threw away. lol! hey if i can do it anyone can. i emailed the editor in chief one night with my story and pictures. Thats how it all happended . . .
Thanks! things are going well! I took last week off of everything cause i had worked hard for a track meet and did well so I am enjoying, and recovering! How is your daning comming? your arms are looking good! gettin some guns!

I've noticed a break from workouts are usually not that bad as long as you are committed with what you put in your mouth. That means, when you hit the gym next week, you'll be hungry and ready to come at it intensely. All the best :-)
Just reading about how you killed your legs makes me excited about my leg workout on monday. I missed it last week and I am so eager to just make my legs feel like jello!! Wow sword fighting-that is unique!!
Thanks for your best wishes. I ended up doing some running on treadmill and lunges on the floor since the gym at the hotel was inadequate. I'm back home and loving it. Hit the gym hard tonight and can't wait to make up this weekend. How are you doing? Tell me something about yourself.
Welcome back. I hope to see you around for sometime to come. I'm doing well, actually started a new job and training in buffalo till Friday. Needless to say I miss going to my gym and sticking to my clean diet. Take care :-)
Its great that you love weightlifting. It is generally the other way around with women. Iron somehow repels them. I agree, cardio is ever so boring, hence you have to try out different methods of cardio to spice it up. Yeah, your midsection did change, so give yourself a pat on the back. I'm still learning and getting back in the groove. Talk later.
