when i was kid my grandfather owed a grain business. My job was helping my farther to unload & load 50-100lbs bag by hand when people bought it. From there on in i was fastnated with strength and muscle . From there it progesesed to working out in the gym in high school off and on. Till few month ago june 07. I relizeing what i could do with it if i stuck with it. There on in i have been with it.
Why I Love It:
The way it make me feel when ive gone through pain sweat tears and the results i have after words. Speacail if am stress out or down. Working out picks my spirt up make me feel i can do anything. It also way for me to express myself. Those few reason why i love it so much
How I Stay Motivated:
How do i stay motivated probley sound weirds. It what people say to me. If they say something good it make feel good work hard. If they say something i push myself to prove them wrong . I take stress and anger in my life and put it in to my lifting that big one that motivates me .

Goal (Long):
ive always been strong big boned ect. Now i just want my hard work to show so everyone beside my self notice it. Which is happening but slowly more progess picture coming soon. Am happy with my progress but cant wait to see more . It like adrug lifting when your progress shows for the whole world to see.

Doing good here bro. Same thing as you really. I'm getting more cardio in and trying to drop more BF. I also have been doing so high rep schemes. Keep liftin!

sorry to hear about the snow, I have to keep reminding myself that June is coming. Training is going well, I'm cutting for spring so alot of high intensity circuit training
My newest pictures were done after 1 year of working out. My first day in the gym was January 2007 and the new pics were done in January 2008. I try and take one complete week off to rest my entire body after every 3 months of working out. How about you, how long have you been going at it?
yea for sure... im doin a 5x5 basic powerlifters routine on bench, dead, and squat. bench n squat r great. squat is laggin a little. i heard being 6'1 is a lil disadvantage for strength in the legs. but ill get their. what supps u take?
Hey, How's it going. I weighed and measured yesterday and I'm down 10 pounds and 3" off waist. Guess I underestimated my fat though. 3" is a good start but I am going to revise my goal for 6" by the same time. I know what you mean about your sister working out with you. My son (15) plays football in high school and works out in weight training class there. But I can't get him to come workout with me. I guess it's embarassing with the "old man". Keep up your good work.
