How I Started:
I started working out int he 9th grade when i started varsity football. I didn't really become hooked on it until my senior year in high school.
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress reliever, and seeing the gains make me feel accomplished.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a younger brother that is 6'4" and 175lbs of muscle... should i need any more motivation to gain some size??

Skinny arms just aren't working for me anymore, they make my body look out of proportion. And they are the result of too much running and not enough nutrition. My only fear is that I will lose the little muscle I do attempt to gain training for my half marathons coming up this summer and fall.
