How I Started:
I have been active all my life with sports and extracurricular activities and I've always been in fairly good shape. As a collegiate athlete, I spent a good amount of time in the gym. In graduate school, life became incredibly busy and that's where the excuses started. I started eating a lot of fast food and my exercise became non-existent. That is a formula for becoming extremely out of shape, which I had become. I am in chiropractic school and I found it so hypocritical to give nutritional advice to others when I was incredibly out of shape myself. So, I said enough is enough. I am not going to be fat anymore.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the profiles on bobybuilding.com everyday. I look for people who have similar body types as me and who have similar goals. Then I read the tips that they give that helped them reach their goals and I try to incorporate those into my routine. My wife is another huge motivation for me. She deserves better than what I have been to this point.

Hey Nate keep up the good work i can tell youve lost a little weight in those pics. Just dont stop working out keep your routine know matter what and the results will come. And get some new under where those are super gay jk :)
