Update!!! I bought a Bowflex last week and am able to work out at home with my wife and 2 month old son. I am down to 21% body fat and have lost 2 lbs since the end of February.

I have been trying to lose weight for the last couple of months, instead I have gained 20 lbs. I am going to the gym up to 8 times a week for 1 hour sessions with 30 min of cardio. I am starting this to give me a better over view of where things change. I have about 7 months to loose the weight...
Still dropping in lbs I see! Hard to stay motivated and not skip a workout or eat clean for me. I need a good come to Jesus meeting with myself and regroup and refocus on my goals and reasons for setting them!
