How I Started:
I needed a physical outlet once I got out of college. I love the feeling I get from lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump. Pushing my limits. Seeing results. My mind, body and spirit grows from the work I do in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Going to competitions and seeing other bodybuilders. Also looking at photos of the one show I did in 2003, knowing I can do it.
BB Accomplishments:
I stepped onstage at the 2003 Orange County as a novice.
