How I Started:
When I was in high school I always lifted weights for sports. I was never very enthuisiastic about it. It wasn't untill after I joined the Marine Corps that I really got into bodybuilding. It all started when I picked up the first issue of "Reps".
Why I Love It:
In my line of work, stress is a big issue. Bodybuilding helps me to channel this, and release it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Spending time around people who share the same passion. Also constantly reading articles and books really helps.
