Do you sometimes use fat burning supplements?
Which fat burner is your favorite?

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
NUTREX LIPO 6X - I was using Hydrocut Hardcore previous which helped provide the extra push when I need to go the extra mile :) and it helps to burn fats during my cardio.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?

Feels great after a good run!
