I've always enjoyed sports and I recognized early that in order to be great on the field or on the court I had to be even greater in the gym!
Why I Love It:
The human body is a gift and I enjoy taking care of the gift I have been given.
How I Stay Motivated:
First, I love waking up every day and knowing that I am physically and mentally capable to do just about anything I set my mind on. I don't think there is any better feeling that that... Secondly, as a personal trainer, my clients look to me for inspiration and I refuse to let them down!
I discovered CrossFit about a year ago and I'm on a mission to become the best overall athlete I can possibly be. My primary gaol is to add 30 to 40lbs to each of my olympic and power lifts...all while maintaining a sub 21 minute 5k time!
