How I Started:
I started working out a while back with a couple of friends, but I had not a clue what I was doing. I remember doing lots of different exercises and had pretty good workouts going. I then lost those friends and then lost the will to work out. I recently took up weight lifting again when I moved to washington.
Why I Love It:
smashing goals is fun
How I Stay Motivated:
By getting stronger and increasing my max lifts.
BB Accomplishments:
squatting 305 lbs, the next big one is when I hit 200 lbs in bench.
