"I hope to keep pushing through to get the body that I want...That is, one with size and definition. My wrist has healed but I'm still not able to hit the weights like I use to."
Taking a look around my gym and seeing that some guys just have a good physique that I want. BodySpace definitely helps especially seeing people my age who are HUGE.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my body transform and getting the results that I want. It also helps when you get compliments from others. I was never the type to be the one turning heads, if you will and when someone notices your hard work, it's a good feeling. Did I mention that it's good for you?
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results (even though it does take time), getting the compliments, and most of all God keeps me motivated. He keeps me in good health and it's through him that I am able to train hard!
***New Reason***
People who think they know what it takes to get results when they, themselves aren't showing much improvement at all. Haters are probably the most annoying people too. People should be encouraging others, not trying to be like, "I know what I'm talking about so I can diss you or tell you whatever I want."
BB Accomplishments:
I don't plan on competing. I workout because it's fun for me and I like seeing the results. It's for my personal satisfaction. Plus, I think I would feel too awkward posing in front of people.

I am using this as my first starting out photo, since this is all I have available. I was 155 lbs... Need to get rid of the body fat and work on ab definition. Slowly, but surely!
This is after my chest workout today. I'm working on getting the abs to show more. It's slowly coming but it's one of those areas that just takes some time.
I hope to keep pushing through to get the body that I want...That is, one with size and definition. My wrist has healed but I'm still not able to hit the weights like I use to.
Hey Will, thanks buddy! I train 5 days a week for about 2 hours a day..I never miss any days, no excuses.
It's hard, but you gotta do what you gotta do right?!?!
Looking great bro, keep on training hard!

Well you look like you've got an all over tan already hun. Sorry to hear about the weather. My friend is out there in Oregon visiting her family and she told me yesterday about the crappy weather. Let's hope for some sunshine soon!
I love Universal products, and think that their supps are very effective..but I wanted to give something new a try, and CL has a great rep! So I gave CL a try, and got hooked!! I have made incredible progress while taking CL's products, so I am going to stick with it for awhile.

Thank you!! I appreciate it!! I actually stopped taking it because it made me feel so sick and dizzy at times. :( It worked great though! Good luck with your goals!
V-Diet was popularized by t-nation but you could visit my website to see my log and stuff. It's a great way to spare all of your muscle and just lose a stack of fat.
If you think you can drink only shakes for four weeks (with some flax seed and peanut butter) then for me I can't think of any better way to cut up and reset your eating habits.
