Sadly, we live in a superficial world and that's what first got me started. I wanted to get huge and ripped so that I could get girls to notice me, but looking back I know that there's more to it than looking good and getting girls.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's that one time in my day that I can let it all go. It helps me to relieve any stress whether from work, relationships, etc.
I love seeing my body change more and more... The evolution process one goes through when working out it is awesome. It makes you realize that your hard work hasn't gone in vain.
I love seeing people go through their own transformations... It's great when you look at what people have gone through whether it's losing weight or gaining mass. People that struggle in this world of bodybuilding/working out are the people I like being around. They show me through their persistence and determination that it's all worth it in the end.
What I DO NOT love is doing it for PURELY VANITY! Those people can just go and f*** themselves because they are the people that make everyone else feel bad about the way they look and they can't accept others until they are to their standards. Perfect? BS, no one will every be perfect that's the reason we push ourselves each and everyday! Sense a bit of anger? Well you're right!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror! I see myself and I am never satisfied with what I've done with my body. I know where I want to be and until then I will always stay motivated until I reach that point. That point being, ripped and huge!
BB Accomplishments:
None to speak of. I hope in a few years I can put something here, but until then I'm going to do what I always do and that's lift!
Forum Signature:
Train Hard & Never Give Up!
Push yourself out of complacency and the dividends will come!
Take the negativity of others and use that as fuel. There will always be those that don't want you to succeed for their own egoism, but they're the people that will never be satisfied!

I am using this as my first starting out photo, since this is all I have available. I was 155 lbs... Need to get rid of the body fat and work on ab definition. Slowly, but surely!
Just wanted to put a new photo for the progress photos. Hope to put more visual photos up as Summer progresses.
Lucas is a great guy! He's definitely been supportive of me and does his best in replying when he gets the chance. He's got a great physique to boast and it's through hard work. I respect him for that. I definitely am pushing to get where he's at. He's definitely making me want to work even harder so that maybe one day I can do some fitness competitions.
Chad is an awesome guy! He responds to my comments I leave him and he has a genuine interest in helping others! He has a positive outlook and is willing to help the best that he can. He shows me that I can get to his level, but I need to pace myself!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I just want to get them motivated... Some people care and some don't give a s**t.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Just did my first comp last weekend. Seriously thinking about doing one more this season in about a month. Then I'll work on adding more muscle over the winter.
Hey man, how are you? I am not using any supplements, but I train about 4-5 days a week; chest, triceps, and shoulders one day. Back and Bi's on another. Abs and forearms on another. Then Legs.
Hey man, a few things are major in my success. I do not drink or do drugs now for four years, I try to eat right and consume as much protien as possible, and taking every set to complete failure. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.
