How I Started:
October 1999 was my very first fitness show - I was instantly hooked! I competed one more time in fitness before switching to figure. And the rest is just one thing leading to another...
Why I Love It:
It is the only avanue we have to change our bodies from the inside out. It just takes hard work and time!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by the amazing capabilities of the human body. I am also encouraged by the knowledge that what I do NOW for my body will affect me years from now. I am training for my future health!
BB Accomplishments:
Earning Pro Status in 2003 Competing this year for the 4th time in BOTH the Arnold Classic (Figure International) and the Mr Figure Olympia!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Giant Sets... the more reps I do with various exercises the better for me.
