hey tracy, nice job at nationals!! i was looking at the pics, you looked great. did you get to see the score sheet? musta been close between you and the overall winner. your back was easily the best in the show.

Hi there, My name is vicki Ingram, I am 30 and competing in 6 weeks. I have do the same diet, with extreme low carb throughout my whole diet for the show, but last year, I carb up friday and sat of the show, followed a guys carb up and looked very flat. when I eat as you peanut butter and honey, I look my best, what do you eat your friday and sat. I would love to have a womens input, there are not too many of us in NS. I really hope to hear from you. Vicki
