How I Started:
I've always exercised and been involved with activities that get me going. Having a mother that is addicted to working out helped me because she motivated me.
Why I Love It:
It releases my stress and keeps my mind off things that bother me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have over 100 exercise dvd's (yes I am addicted) and hearing those instructors yell and encourage helps out a lot. I also am motivated by Jamie Eason and hope to look like her soon.
BB Accomplishments:
I used to weigh 140 lbs and had a bodyfat of over 30% back when I was in college full time and working full time. Now I am back in my exercising routine and am ready to kick butt!

FitAsh changed Body Fat from 21% to 21%, no change in the past 8 days
My fitness goal is to stay at around the same weight, but lower my bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
By the time I graduated college I was around 140lbs and my body fat percentage was at around 30%. I finally got my butt in gear and was able to get my weight down into the 120's and my body fat down into the 20's. Now, I want to keep my weight about the same but focus on lowering my body fat and getting muscle definition.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Look at myself in the mirror as I change into my workout clothes because seeing my fat areas wants me to kick my butt into gear.
