seeing results is so motivating keep working out and swiming, for me sticking to my workouts is Tough! how long its been since you started on this journey??

so far good, working out even if i dont see results im still keeping a positive attitude, working on finishing studies and etc etc been some mood swings BUT bad habbits die hard :P how about ya???

thanks for inquiring :) diet and excersize is going horrible my parents conflict and the financial stress it has brought on the entire family is extremely stressfull right now , kinda demotivating when you have to face and pay for other ppl's mistakes

i have to stop by ans say you have an amazing body and on top of it your a med student, so i just to ask how do you find time for your workouts!? since i myself am a student still i never seem to find enough time to keep my workouts consistent! had to ask :)

congrats!!!!!:D for gettign selected i just checked after a long time and wollah! hows the workout, diet, biceps ,triceps etc etc etc heh i know you are training hard now but dont spend your all your days on treadmill heh

hey dave! i checked after some time and was blown away to find out that you have already lost 21 lbs!!! thats amazing and you can also see the difference in body shape from the first pic. for me its a challange to get to the gym for my morning cardio and planning my food intake some say no carbs some say good carbs, ykes its so confusing but what ever you are doing is definitly working!!:D

oops hit submit button heh, anyways your blog really touch me since they deal with the psychological issues one face during weight loss and its not like one of a super human blogthats workign out and everything is excellent no problems what so ever. Keep up the good work you are in my prayers :)

Hey i been reading your posts regularly, your posts always touch me and i feel im reading of mental blocks im goign through during my weight loss journey when ever i slip i come online and read blogs that you guys enter everyday but your blog that stated how you want to get slim now and how its seems so far touched me i feel the same way! its been only 1.5weeks and im already frustrated ( i started with you guys:) )

hey i been reading your blog entries and the blog related to the 'changes' that have occured in your life touched me , it was as if i was reading about myself about my job being social coming out of my shell and evrything, i sincerely congrat you for making these changes since i myself am trying to break out its hard really really hard fighting yourself but you seriuosly touched me. I am motivated today to follow through my goals the non-fitness ones best of luck .
