How I Started:
I can't really remember when i got started, i have been active all my life ,always trying to lose weight cause i was always over weight and always trying to be thin like other girls ,losing weight through hours and hours of cardio and still be thin and then giving up and gaining it all back.This year i finally got sick of it and realized that i will never be thin like those girls cause im not like them i am a pear shape and will always have curves, now my goal is clear i want to shape up my assets i dont want to be starved i want to be healthy and have a strong fit body, work with it, embrace it and make it the strongest and most attractive!
Why I Love It:
why i love body building????? how can i explain it in just a few words? body building has given me the tools and techniques to work according to my body needs, to shape it to transform it into what i have been longign for and feel great and strong at the same time. I love my body i love working on it!
How I Stay Motivated:
the puonds on the scale, the amazing physiques of fitness models and what i ca do about my own body how i can transform it keeps me motivated.

being able to overcome emotional eating and doing all my cardio and resistance training sessions.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Ok i dont know what to do about it anymore... Im veyr close to my fmaily but they are sooo unhealthy ! eating dinner around 10pm all that greasy stuff with crabs and then thye are sugar addict baking cookies, brownies atleast twice a week. they try to incourage me to workout and eat healhty not...
Well i'm single right now if interested LOL. But i was raised with simple values about what's acceptable behavior and what is not. And that is just totally unacceptable
Started on Feb 25th last month. About 2 weeks before that , quit smoking & drinking to get ready for the big lifestyle change. I find that the harder I push , the faster my results come and the better it makes me want to do. Its funny how my friends have seen my motivation and differences already and want to pursue the same goals ^_^
Bad habits indeed die hard, but you'll get there. I'm doing well. Joined an actual gym finally instead of working out in the troll basement of a police department :)

Hey girl, sorry about the rough time your having...but keep your focus and remember "this too shall pass"...I always find when things get real stressful that training and focusing on me time helps. Hang in there!
I am so happy for you!!! All your goals are attainable, just take it one day at a time. You will get there! Remember, to love yourself along the journey to getting stronger and fitter!!
Pick something challenging but achievable and go for it! Having a shorter term goal has really helped make the overall goal less overwhelming. Good Luck!
Just aiming to get rid of as much body fat as I can between now and then! I don't really care too much about my weight, but I'd love to have my body fat around 14% for this one, and even lower for the next one!
Hey thanks I am doing great! Actually my biceps has grown to 20 inches lol, diet is great I lost a whole pound since Wednesday and I am full of energy. How are things with you, I hope you are sharp with your workouts :D
