How I Started:
i started working out for rugby training to help build strength and condition in the off season then after about 22 years of rugby i switched to lifting and i love it.
Why I Love It:
the reason i enjoy training is the fact you dont have to rely on anyone and you can push yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
i set realistic and attainable goals and also the fact i want to live a long and enjoyable life so i can watch my daughters grow up.

failed to make my goal again just not being strict enough with the eating.

spending a month in melbourne drinking beer probably didnt help the cause will endeavor to do better would be nice to see some abs by christmas also.

hey bro, trainings going great. after the comp im gaining my strength back and starting to add more quality muscle. we've started layne nortons 'bread and butter' programme, a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding split in a week. hows your training going?

Thank you, the new work goes well. This is not my hall, but the gym project is my job. I have not resumed regular training, and more involved with customers, doing promotion ect. I strat Traing to begin by January. How do you go, training?Sorry about my English, trnanslate to google translate:)))

I again startet 8.september training, i hope to cycle to 2009. may. I goiing to 4 to week. first week of november i startet new work trainer - instruktor of Ventspils swiming pool reconstrukcion gym. Gym eqyp of Precor strenght sistems ICARIAN. Novmber i send foto my new job places:))) stay strong!
