Workout Program:
I am doing the Body For Life fitness workout. I decided to do this because I want to loose 30-35lbs. I really dont want to get bulky before I loose the weight.On this program you do 2 days of upper body 1 day of lower body & three days of cardio. I am going into it slow because I always get sick when I start working out.

In the future when I am doing the full routine and have my weights & exercises down I will write more.
