How I Started:
I have just started working out at the local gym this week. I decided when my son went back to school I would work out in the mornings. I guess I have reached my first goal.
Why I Love It:
I like to workout once I get to the gym its just getting to the gym that I have a problem with. I take my son to school every morning and drive straight to the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard for me to stay motivated if I don't see results right away that is why I joined this web sight.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to loose weight gain muscle and look good in the mirror. I really want to feel better & be healthy at this stage in my life. I am tired of being a couch bum. I am a stay at home mom and my son is in school all day and i have become bored & lazey. I have problems with my knees 7 that has always stopped me before but this time I am going to keep that in mind and slow down when needed. I want to be in shape within 1 year.

The main suggestion I would say is success is 80% diet. Good luck...I'm sure you'll have fun getting your golas accomplished! (And adding muscle as you lose lbs will actually help those lbs dissappear faster!)
I have that same problem too - GETTING to the gym. Only mine is a tad different since my gym is in my house! LOL! I have trouble getting to the ROOM some days! ;-)
