Back in High School on the swim team. Surprisingly a lot of weight training
Why I Love It:
I love the muscle tone. Great abs, legs and arms....Can't beat that!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with the help of my husband of 10 years and my 3 wonderful demon spawns in mean children ages 9 and 6 (twins). Hubby is the nost motivating and always telling me I am doing a good job. I love my family.

So it has been long time since I went into the gym. I fell off the fitness wagon and I fell off hard, between life and work, I have found it easier to eat what I want when I want. I really need a kick in the ass to push me into the gym. I can't do this eating and laying around...
