How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I'm an iron-worker and it is good to be able to lift shit without feeling like a old man and to be able to balance your self better in conditions were flexibility is very important.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Not much, once I walk through the doors I look at it like work and just get mentally pumped.
LOL! I just turned 21 and thankfully I dont like to drink! But I do like to gamble! lol! I just heard I won second place in the hydroxycut transformation!!!
My gym has some classes. I take yoga at least once/week, and thought about taking the boot camp or spin class. Sometimes classes are really good, and then other times......you know how gyms are. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to try, eh? Thanks for the info.
Thanks. Well, my eating habits are boring as hell. I eat small meals every 2-3 hours. The meals consist of protein and fruits or vegetables. I only eat carbs before a workout. I generally only eat chicken, mixed vegetables, fruits whole wheat turkey sandwiches, protein shakes, and almonds. When I'm a little hungry between small meals, I have a few almonds (only 10-15). Before bed, I usually eat a can of tuna. So, as you see, a VERY boring diet....
looks like you've made awesome gains!....or should I say, losses? You're looking great man. Just curious about your goal. You want to lose 25....is that considering where you are now?
