I just had this thought today due to all the presidential campaign stuff going on lately. It was, "why do candidates avoid certain issues so much and not just take a solid position?" I realize some things can be a little more complicated than that when you get into politics...
Hey Man,
Just checking out your profile--you and I seem to be similar in body type and size (I'm 6', 178lbs, although about 10%BF). Anyway, I'm curious if you really only do compound exerciese or did you just not finish completing your workout section on your profile?
Training is going slow right now--soon much better though. I'm selling the business that I've owned for the last five years. It's A LOT of work during the transition. This week and next will be the last of the big work--I've been saying that for a month now. Diet and consistant workouts will be the norm after that. I've been at my same weight for about six weeks or so. Thanks for asking. --Stewart
Whichita, I saw your profile over on Tito's page. You've done some great work lately putting on the weight. I don't see any updates in the last few weeks. I hope your progress is continuing. I like your forum signature...that's cool. Keep up with your plan. --Stewart
sup bro?! you got a great build to you... you're definitely lean and once you put some mass on, you'll be set. i can't wait until my abs just pop like yours. keep training hard!
I'll be sure to let you know how the GVT goes that other program sounds intense. I've never lost my stomach contents but have gotten close enough to where I brought the trash can right next to me because I thought the next set would do it.
Thanks. Yep, with the right nutrition for your goal, you will get there 200% FASTER than simply training alone. I see it all the time, and especially when trying to lose fat for a comp. Get your nutrition sorted and you can do anything; without it you'll stagnate for a long time before making any real progress (just look at 95% of the people in the gym!), unless you have freaky genetics. You can do it, man. You have the knowledge now (be like a sponge); that's halfway there.
