I started the long road by quitting smoking! Ive wanted to do this for 5 yrs and never been successful but this time I can report that I havent smoked in about 12 weeks now and Im feeling great! Ive hated my body for a long time but when I went down to my local gym aprox 2 yrs ago I felt...
In college I was weak and could barely bench 135lbs. I was embarrased too, but I've kept at it, more or less, and it has paid off. If you keep up a good pace you'll see immediate results, when you hit a plateau, change it up, take a week or too off and hit it again. Main thing is find what gets you results. Then sit back and watch yourself transform. Take care and keep at it.
congrats on quiting smoking, I smoke about 5 times a day and even though it is not a pack a day I can't seem to kick the habit. I have done alot of reading on bodybuilding and would be happy to lend any advice that might be usefull to you. Let me know what your goals are. I see that you have wasted no time befriending some of the hotties on bodyspace. I am excited to see your transformation.
